Chris moved to Pagosa Springs in mid-2006 from Arizona where she was a realtor for a year and a half. Before that, she worked in the corporate world for over 20 years in marketing and product development in Oregon, Utah and Arizona. She and her husband began their search for a new home base in early 2006 and after visiting Pagosa Springs, the search was over. “I love the gorgeous location of Pagosa and the myriad of activities that are within minutes of home.” Shortly after arriving in the area, Chris partnered up with Laura Daniels and created “Team Pagosa”, specializing not only in real estate sales, but also professional property management. She and Laura have their own company, Team Pagosa Realty Group, located at 135 Country Center Dr., Suite G. Chris is also a Director on the Pagosa Springs Area Association Board of Realtors and is excited to serve her community.
In her spare time, she loves to go camping with her husband and Golden Retriever, hiking, snowmobiling, jeeping in Moab and the high country and just exploring the beauty of the Colorado Rockies. She hopes many others can enjoy the friendliness and unique quality of Pagosa Springs and the surrounding recreational opportunities, which are endless.

Moving from Lake Arrowhead, CA in the summer of 1993, after being in the Health Club Industry, Laura Daniels was ready for a change. After spending the summer, cycling all around Pagosa she decided she wanted a new career. Studying through the evenings she got her Real Estate License and went to work for a short time as a Buyers Agent. During the slow times she started cleaning for a property management company which led to part ownership of one of the largest property management companies in Pagosa Springs. In July of 2005, Laura opted to go strictly into real estate sales.
She now spends as much time as she can riding on her horse in the high country or being at home with her animals. In 2008, real estate slowed down a bit so Laura, along with Chris Hachenberg her business partner, decided to branch out and start a professional property management business in addition to their real estate business. The company is known as Team Pagosa Realty Group and operates at 135 Country Center Dr., Suite G where she lists, sells and manages homes and office buildings.
